Awe-inspiring Music
We believe that students can grow and share their God-given talents through a comprehensive band program that introduces students to a variety of composers and styles of music. 皇冠体育官网 students can select from a multiple band options including concert band, marching band, and jazz ensemble all led by 皇冠体育官网 Band Director Jonathan Baker.
Concert Bands
5th & 6th Grade
皇冠体育官网’s band program begins in fifth grade. Students learn fundamental playing techniques, music reading, musical notation, and rhythm concepts.
7th & 8th Grade Band
Seventh & eighth grade band is a continuation of instrumental music with more complex rhythmic patterns, expanded range on the instrument, and more technical facility. Musicians continue with fundamental training to prepare them for the next level of playing.
High School Band
Students enrolled in this class have two to four years of previous music experience. They perform several times throughout the school year at competitions, festivals, school concerts and more.

Jazz Ensemble
The 皇冠体育官网 Jazz Ensemble introduces students to the art of jazz music. The Jazz Ensemble has performed at the Grand Opera House as well as multiple local events. The group meets before school and participation is by audition.
